Background Consent Form

For the safety of those attending our campus, there are some volunteer positions at our church which require individuals to have a basic background check. Examples of these positions include anyone working with children, the church database or managing financial information. If you are applying for any of these positions please fill out the background consent form online.

Child Dedication Application
If you would like to dedicate your child to the Lord during a worship service please review the Child Dedication page, fill out the application form, and make plans to attend the next child dedication class.
