What We Teach Prince William Campus of McLean Bible Church
In response to the Philippian jailer who asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” the Apostles responded, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31).” The obvious question is: Believe what? What is it that one must believe about Jesus to be saved?
Christianity is NOT a religion based on works, but it is based on belief. The very word “faith” which is the means of grace indicates that there are certain things we must believe.
At McLean Bible Church, we want to be clear about what we teach. We are unashamed to say that we understand the Bible literally, believe that it is inerrant and infallible and look to it as the basis of what we believe as a church. We believe that what a church teaches is vitally important. We encourage you to read our “What We Teach” document so you can be confident that we are teaching what is in accordance with good, sound doctrine.
We hope that by teaching sound doctrine at McLean Bible Church, we will help people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
